You guided us on the right home improvements that would matter, the marketing materials on the web and flyer were stunning, the price strategy was exactly right to achieve our goal of a fast sale at an aggressive price, and the sales strategy was really clever centering around timing and wording. I think that this was an effort where the sum was absolutely greater than all of the parts, and all of the efforts reinforced each other. As a seller, I had very high standards and I'm sure caused some eye-rolling on your parts as I checked, poked, and questioned. But, all 'is' well that ends well. "Whoever said there is no ‘I’ in ‘team’ obviously never worked with The Billings Team! For I was the primary focus of this team throughout my home search and home sale process. Being a single father of two teenage children, I had very little time and/or energy to attend to all the things that needed to be done to get my home ready to go on the market. The Billings team took care of everything, from identifying and negotiating with contractors to replace my roof, getting the deck repaired and painted, replacing a badly needed front door to cleaning and staging the house for sale.
